Christmas parties are our specialty and the Sit Down Comedy Club is a great venue for your party as we can organise your entertainment, meals and a bar tab.
Over the Christmas period at the Sit Down Comedy Club @ The Paddo Tavern, we will have a nightly show on Thursdays (8pm), two shows on a Friday night (7pm & 9:30pm - Double shows begin 26th November) and two shows on a Saturday night (7pm & 9:30pm - Double shows begin 13th November ). We can cater for up to 250 people. The show will go for about 2 hours.
If your company is located on the South Side of Brisbane why not think about coming the Sit Down Comedy Club @ The Calamvale Hotel? Dates for these shows will be the 27th of November, 4th of December and the 11th of December. Meals will be served from 7pm and the show will begin at 8pm. Package for a 2-course meal and show will be $62 per person. The menu will be the same as the Christmas Menu at the Paddo Tavern. (Please enquire about Calamvale Christmas shows through the Sit Down Comedy Club).
We always schedule a cracker line up of comedians so you’re sure to have a great night whichever date you choose.

Thursday 8pm Shows (doors open at 7pm for meals).
Show only $30 per person
(A-la-carte menu available - ordered and purchased on the night. Meals from $15)
Or
2-course meal and show $62 per person (minimum of 10 people required).
Friday & Saturday 7pm Shows (doors open at 6pm for meals).
2-course meal and show $62 per person.
Friday & Saturday 9:30pm Shows (doors open at 9:15pm for show).

Bookings can be made anytime so please call or email us when you’re ready. When you book we take a $10 non-refundable deposit per person based on your maximum numbers and then one month before the show we get your final numbers and balance. Don’t worry if your numbers go down, your deposit is deducted from the final balance.
Payments can be made by credit card, direct deposit or cheque and invoices can be issued on request. Please note that full payment must be made one month prior to the show. Please note, a $2 per person booking fee is added onto each person attending.
