Chad Shuttleworth – Musician

Chad Shuttleworth brings his country blues sensibility and love of melody to his energetic live performances. Based in Newcastle, Chad loves to deliver famous songs with his own slant to give them a new life with his vocal and guitar style.
Supporting some of Australia’s most beloved Musicians, Songwriters and bands, he continues to share his soul to crowds the only way he knows, by performing live.
In pre-production of his acoustic cover EP, “Spaces in Between”, Chad has also begun locking in dates for his tour around NSW and QLD to continue the journey into the home towns of his fans. Along with this tour, he will be guest performing and popping into radio stations around Australia promoting his take on new and old classics with a few of his own songs thrown into the mix.
Chad’s first single, ‘Tightrope’, release to radio in 2008 reached No. 46 on the Charts of Country Music Channel and his follow up single, ‘This Is How We Roll’, was released to awesome reviews in 2012.Chad has supported Shannon Noll, James Reyne (Aussie Crawl), Mark Seymour (Hunters & Collectors) and Wolverines.

Chad has also been a guest guitarist for The Viper Creek Band, Trainwreck Trio, Christie Lamb, Col Finley, Roo Arcus, Dan Murphy, and Nellie Donovan.
As an Australian Day Award Reciprocate for his contribution to the Music Community, Chad decided to take his music to Outback Communities. Here he was responsible for the Development and delivery of school music programs whilst on tour throughout QLD, presenting to over 2500 students, extending his reach to all age groups.
He has been invited to perform at several large music festivals in his Solo and Trio formats. These festivals include;
