Matthew “Fox” Klein

Matthew “Fox” Klein has performed on some of the world’s biggest stages. Originally from Melbourne, Fox started with humble beginnings at the Comic’s Lounge in late 2002.

In 2003, he went on to win the first annual Search for a Funny Bone stand up comedy competition and hasn’t looked back since. Headlining and supporting some of Australia’s biggest names both nationally and internationally to packed audiences, Fox has been a regular in all the top venues, including the Athenaeum Theatre, Crown Casino, the Melbourne Town Hall and many more.

Fox’s energetic and engaging style of universal stand up comedy has firmly established him as an audience favourite. Able to easily adapt to rooms of 50 to 500 people, from comedy clubs to upmarket corporate gigs, along with his blend of story-telling and intricate weaving of topics, Fox is one of the most sought after comedians working in the country today.

With writing credits for The Comedy Channel (Foxtel), the award winning Studio A TV program (C31), and Cam Knight (Host of Stand Up Australia), Fitness First magazine, four solo shows and a string of highly successfully children’s shows at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Fox Klein is a versatile performer, his charismatic and friendly style never fails to secure him a loyal fan base wherever he plays.
