Raphael Ghanem
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Raphael began his training at 14 at the National Academy of Actors, where he took TV, theater, and film courses. At 15, he started studying at Maria Clara Machado’s Tablado Theater, practicing improvisation for nine years under prominent instructors. In 2007, he continued his studies at Casa das Artes de Laranjeiras and took voice-over courses with Mayra Góes. Raphael also trained in Commedia Dell’arte with Milo Sabino and learned improvisation techniques from Dani Ocampo and Fernando Caruso.
In 2009, Raphael made his debut in stand-up comedy and hasn’t stopped since. With his solo show, he has performed in every state capital and hundreds of smaller cities across Brazil. In 2023, he has many trips scheduled, and everything is already planned!
On television, he has appeared in various series and soap operas, including Malhação (TV Globo), 220 Volts (Multishow), De Volta pra Pista (Multishow), Verdades Secretas (TV Globo), A Lei do Amor (TV Globo), Verão 90 (TV Globo), the movie Outono (Amazon), and the Netflix series B.O..
