Diesel – Sit Down Acoustic Sunday

Following his extensive HITS & BLUES TOUR, diesel is stripping back into solo mode and heading around parts of the country to tour Solo & Select Series II.

 

A show where the audience plays the main part in forming the set list for the night – they decide on the song choices forming a ‘tailored set’.

 

How it works…

From a list received on entry, the audience make their song selection.  The set list for the evening then gets formulated based on these choices.

 

Song choices will span from the first album “Johnny Diesel & The Injectors” (1989) through to “Under The Influence” (2011), along with new titles from his forthcoming album due for release 2013, and picks from some of Diesel’s favourite artists – Neil Young, Jimi Hendrix & Otis Redding to name just a few…

 

The idea of letting the audience ‘hand pick’ the songs makes for a spontaneous night of select music.

 

With a career spanning over 2 decades, twelve albums and a swag of ARIA awards, Diesel is ‘tailor made’ for such a night.
