Geoffrey Windle

Geoffrey Windle started stand-up comedy in 2009, going on to win the Queensland State Finals for the Triple J RAW Comedy and Green Faces Comedy Competitions in 2010, also coming runner up at the RAW Comedy National Final.

After a stint abroad, Geoffrey returned to Australia in 2013 to take out first place in Brisbane’s Just Sayin’ Comedy Competition. In 2014, he was selected as one of five comedians from around Australia to be a part of the Comedy Zone, a showcase for emerging talent run by the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

An ill-informed decision to study nothing but languages and psychology has left Geoffrey easily irritated by poor grammar, logical fallacies and pseudoscience, while being all but unemployable in today’s market.

Let him take you into his world of frustration, resentment and pedantry. Dine upon his disdain for undue recognition. Revel in his contempt for those destined to be more successful than him.
